Water Form. The aquamoeba can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 3 inches wide without squeezing.
Freeze. If the aquamoeba takes cold damage, it partially freezes; its speed is reduced by 20 feet until the end of its next turn.
Multiattack. The aquamoeba makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6+4) bludgeoning damage.
Flooding Splash (Recharge 5-6). The aquamoeba jumps and crashes down onto the ground, causing the ground around it to transform into its liquid form before being launched all around the aquamoeba in the area of a 25-foot wide sphere. All creatures in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 12 (3d6) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone on a failed save, or half as much damage and not be knocked prone on a success. Any creature in that area that is being restrained by or have any other effect afflicted onto it due to being covered in ice, the ice melts entirely, freeing the creature from its condition. However, a creature freed this way has disadvantage on the saving throw.
