Phyrexian Weapons. Atraxa's weapon attacks are magical. When Atraxa hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 5d8 psychic damage (included in the attack).

Praetors' Advisor.  Atraxa knows if she hears a lie.

Cenobite's Blessing. Atraxa's allies within 30 feet of Atraxa gain the benefit of the Haste spell. As long as 1 or more allies are within 30 feet of Atraxa, Atraxa regain 10 hit points at the start of her turn.

Voice's Blessing. Enemies within 10 feet of Atraxa have disadvantage on their attacks if they have lower initiative than Atraxa. Atraxa has advantage on her attacks as long as she has a higher initiative order than her target.

Augur's Blessing. Atraxa and her allies within 30 feet of her have advantage on wisdom saving throws. Enemies within 30 feet of Atraxa have disadvantage on their wisdom saving throws.

Whisper's Blessing. As long as Atraxa, Praetor's Voice has dealt damage this turn, moving out of an opponent's range doesn't trigger opportunity attacks. When an enemy dies within 30 feet of Atraxa, their soul permanently dissipates and cannot be resurrected.

Innate Spellcasting. Atraxa's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20). Atraxa can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: detect evil and good, invisibility (self only)

3/day each: blade barrier, dominate person, flame strike, telekinesis

1/day each: antilife shell, dominate monster, cloudkill

Magic Resistance. Atraxa has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. Atraxa makes two melee attacks.

Half-life Spear. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d6 + 7) slashing damage plus 22 (5d8) psychic damage.

Compleating Touch (4/Day). Atraxa touches another creature. An ally magically regains 30 (6d8 + 3) hit points and is freed from any curse, disease, poison, blindness, or deafness. An enemy suffers 34 (6d8 + 3) necrotic damage and has their health total lowered by the damage taken. An enemy that has their health reduced to zero this way becomes resurrected as a Phyrexian.

Reactions

Culling the Weak. When another creature dies within 30 feet of Atraxa, Atraxa regains hit points equal to the creature's challenge rating or level.

Legendary Actions

Atraxa can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Atraxa regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Bow to Us (Costs 2 Actions). Atraxa casts Dominate Person or Dominate Monster. She can only cast these if she still has them available.

Flight. Atraxa moves up to her movement speed.

Join Us or Die. Atraxa uses her Compleating Touch action or her Half-Life Spear attack.

Description

Atraxa marks the final victory in the Phyrexian conquest of Mirrodin. Once a Mirran angel who opposed Phyrexia's corruption, she was captured while single-handedly protecting a Mirran retreat. The praetor Elesh Norn honored the angel's tenacity with the blessed gift of Phyrexian compleation, inviting other praetors to contribute. Urabrask declined, but Jin-Gitaxias, Sheoldred, and Vorinclex all agreed to join Elesh Norn's efforts, and Atraxa was born—an awe-inspiring testament to Phyrexia's singular purpose.

The herald of doom for their enemies, Atraxa serves as an anthem of all the strongest Phyrexian qualities. Boosting her allies and crushing her enemies, Atraxa is the living embodiment of the power of a universe unified under Phyrexian rule.
