Alpha Ogrisha

Keen Smell. The alpha ogrisha has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Reckless. At the start of its turn, the alpha ogrisha can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls during that turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.

Siege Monster. The alpha ogrisha deals double damage to objects and structures.

Multiattack. The alpha ogrisha uses its frightful presence. It then makes two attacks with its piercing strike or pummel.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the alpha ogrishas choice that is within 120 feet of the alpha ogrisha and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the alpha ogrishas Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Piercing Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (3d12 + 8) piercing damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 20) if it is a huge or smaller creature. Until the grapple ends the target takes (2d12 + 8) piercing damage at the start of the alpha ogrishas turn. The alpha ogrisha has two spiked arms and can grapple up to two creatures at once.

Pummel. (Used When Grappling) Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target and any grappled creature. Hit: 11 (1d12 + 8) piercing damage plus 16 (2d12 + 8) bludgeoning damage.
