Eldritch Endurance. When the Accept of Rust initially takes a lethal blow, revive them with 25 Hit Points.
Perfected Craft. Any effect that may cause damage to or alter the Aspect of Rust's armor or weapons is nullified.
The Rusted Step. The Aspect of Rust has a 50ft radius of which most metal will rust. Melee weapons that have been rusted will lose 2 in attack damage when used and ranged weapons that have rusted will lose 2 in to hit rolls if the user is not the Aspect of Rust.
Multiattack. The Aspect of Rust makes two attacks.
Rusted Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 8 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 6) slashing damage, 7 (2d6 + 2) poison damage, and 5 (2d4 + 2) necrotic damage.
Entropic Plume. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 40 ft., cone. Hit: 18 (2d8 + 4) poison damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking (4d6 + 4)necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Mansus Grasp. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) poison damage. Add 2d6 to the next damage roll against target.
The Aspect of Rust can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Aspect of Rust regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Codex Cicatrix. The Aspect of Rust carries a book of many heretical spells and rituals allowing for several different uses. The usable pages are as follows:
- Page of Cleaving. The Aspect of Rust releases 6 magical slashes from the book that will each seek out one enemy. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take (4d8) slashing damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful save.
- Page of Blood Siphon. The Aspect of Rust's hand glows a bright orange then it is pointed at a target. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take (4d6) piercing damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. The Aspect of Rust is healed by half the amount of damage done.
- Page of Rusted Ritual. The Aspect of Rust summons one Rust Walker.
Refine Rust. The Aspect of Rust can magically refine his rust temporarily adding 2 to his AC and an extra 1d6 necrotic damage to any attack rolls for three turns.
Description
The Toolsmith of the old gods. Once said to have crafted the finest tools and blades the lands have ever seen. After being betrayed by his apprentice and left to rot, the Toolsmith was forgotten to be rust away in time. Now with the power of rust, the toolsmith shall seek to teach all those who have prospered in the light how it feels to rust away in the darkness.
