Description

These cruel demons are the souls of greedy and slothful mortals given form. They've been Granted a form that best suits their inward personality with two tentacled arms, a single amorphous foot and a distended mouth that juts outward like a proboscis. Through a pair of bug-like eyes they watch from their boggy prison looking for any creature careless enough to stray too close to the water's edge. Their hooked tentacles allow the cruel demons to pull victims into the muck and melt them alive with guts of sickly green acid. Some parts of the Pestilent plane are so thick with corpses that entire "forests" of arms and legs peek out of the swamp.
