Fey Ancestry. Zylphine can't be charmed, and magic can’t put her to sleep.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Zylphine fails a saving throw, they can choose to succeed instead.

Force of the Wilds. Zylphine can attempt to hide even when they are in an area only lightly obscured. Additionally Zylphine is unaffected by difficult terrain.

Bow of the Harsh Seasons. Once per day Zylphine can change the season her bow represents; either Summer's Wrath or Winter's Cruelty. 

Summer's Wrath. Zylphine gains resistance to radiant and fire damage. Whenever a creature hits her with an attack within 5 ft. of her they take 2d6 radiant damage. 

Winter's Cruelty. Zylphine gains resistance to cold damage and gains 2d8 temporary hp at the end of each of her turns. She also gains advantage on constitution saving throws.

Innate Spellcasting. Zylphine's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material cost:

At will: druidcraft, charm person, speak with animals

1/day: pass without trace, longstrider, speak with plants, dimension door, commune with nature, mislead, beast sense, dispel magic, summon fey (Does not use concentration and has 1 minute duration.)

5/day each: misty step

Spellcasting. Zlyphine is a 20th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). Zlyphine has the following ranger and bard spells prepared and uses a wand or flute as her spellcasting focus:

Cantrips (at will): light, prestidigitation

1st Level (4 slots): absorb elements, alarm, detect magic, disguise self, faerie fire, healing word

2nd Level (3 slots): enhance ability, knock, lesser restoration, mirror image, suggestion

3rd Level (3 slots): nondetection, protection from energy

4th Level (3 slots): dominate beast, locate creature

5th Level (2 slots): conjure volley, tree stride

6th Level (1 slot): true seeing

Actions

Multiattack. Zylphine makes four attacks.

+3 Elven Thinblade. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (3d8 + 8) piercing damage.

Summer's Wrath. Ranged Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, ranged 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 8) piercing damage, plus 8 (2d8) radiant damage. Creatures hit with this attack shed bright light for 5 ft. and dim light for 5 ft. until the start of Zylphine's next turn. While the creature sheds light in this way other creatures have advantage to attack them. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points by this attack they are disintegrated as if killed by the disintegrate spell.

Winter's Cruelty. Ranged Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, ranged 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 8) piercing damage, plus 8 (2d8) cold damage. Creatures hit with this attack have their movement reduced by 5 ft. until the start of Zylphine's next turn. Creatures reduced to 0 hit points but this attack become frozen in ice, counting as being petrified.

 

Bonus Actions

Nature's Veil. Zylphine turns invisible until the start of her next turn and can take the hide action at the end of her turn.

Legendary Actions

If Zlyphine is outnumbered or fighting another legendary creature she gains the following Legendary Actions.

Zylphine can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Zylphine regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack. Zlyphine makes an attack.

Move. Zlyphine moves up to her movement.

Combat Inspiration. An ally creature of her choice makes an attack.

Description

The legendary adventurer Zylphine Silentmight is a wood elf of incredible beauty and skill. Known for her promiscuous nature as much as her exploits. 

Zylphine is of average size for a wood elf but graced with subtle curves and flowing golden hair. Her skin is of a sun-kissed bronze and her eyes a vibrant green. An air of confidence and grace hangs around her as people struggle to take their eyes off her.

Although Zylphine comes from humble beginnings she is now well known through the land after a century of adventuring. During this time she has become a champion of Titania, recognized by Corellion for her achievements and catalogued in the history of the Sword Coast. She has also had many children with many different fathers. Including Nefuria whom she had with a Efreeti lord. 

Zylphine is a ranger and bard. Her primary weapon is the "Bow of Harsh Seasons" an artifact gifted to her by Titania. The bow is said to have been crafted from rays of light from the summer sun and the frigid wind of a the cold winter. She uses a magical shield and enchanted Elven Thinblade as her backup. Though more often than not Zylphine chooses to solve problems through diplomacy, stealth and guile over combat.
