Nimble Escape. The caledon can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.
Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.
Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Tail Club. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d4 + 2 bludgeoning damage.
Note: Caledon must take a bonus action to drop its tail before using the club.
Description
Lizardlike creatures that stand upright and use crude tools. Their loose, leathery skin acts as a natural armor that is difficult to puncture. When killed, or when a limb is severed, the dead tissue turns to stone. When threatened, the caledon can detach its tail at will and use it as a heavy club. Tails regrow over time.
Their skin varies in color between greens, browns, and grays. Eyes are usually a lighter version of their skin color.
