Description
Aarogoth was once an ambitious young human wizard impatience to gain the power and respect he felt was deserved. He was also obsessed with wanting to live forever. The twin desires proved his undoing and Aarogoth found a tome of dark power in the library of the college of wizardry he attended. In its maleficent pages he learned a foul ritual to commune with the Demon Prince of the Undead, Orcus. Aarogoth promised his servitude and soul in exchange for power and immortality. He should have been more specific in his request because Orcus, having a twisted sense of humor granted the foolish mortal his wish. Orcus turned Aarogoth into a Wraith and gifted the now undead creature with the powers of a Necromancer mage. On the night of his "ascendency" Aarogoth did a lot of damage to his old school even raising some of his former classmates into Zombies and Skeletons or turning them into Specters. It took the concerted efforts of the school's master wizards to banish the monster that once had been one of their prize pupils. Aarogoth's fall is often required reading about the lust for power and eternal life for new students at the college.
Having turned the young man Orcus set Aarogoth on many missions to cause harm and raise undead warbands to bring woe upon the multiple prime material worlds. Aarogoth can often be found in the service of Hag Covens or powerful Necromancers or Vampire Lords seeking Orcus' favor.

This is pretty cool I might use it for like a boss or something
Not bad for a necromancer. not boss worthy though, Enchantedburrito, its CR 7 and not a boss unless you want to have a boss for level 3 players.
