Crew. This vehicle requires atleast 2 crew members to operate the vehicle. The vehicle can hold up to a 9 people with one of them behind the driver when hollowed out. With the size of the motorized engine, only 5 people can sit comfortably in the vehicle. When fully loaded with equipment, only 2 people can fit in the vehicle.
Cannon. The vehicle is equipped with 1 cannon mounted on the top front of the vehicle. The cannon has a fire rate of 1 cannon per turn. You must use your bonus action to load the cannon when it is empty and your action to aim. The driver of the vehicle has to use their action to fire the cannon.
Crystal Powered Engine. The vehicle is the latest in Oscilon's advancements in technology. It is powered by 5 crystals of any kind. These crystals lose their charge after 3 days of full use. When the vehicle is inactive, the crystal's go through a hibernation phase and power down.
Cargo. This vehicle can hold up to an additional 2 tons worth equipment. It is currently equipped with 50 20 pound cannon balls that are used for the ammunition.
Magic Weapon. The Armored Mobile Cannon's cannon is considered magical.
Prone Deficiency. If the Armored Mobile Cannon rolls over or is flipped on it's side it falls prone. It can't right itself and is incapacitated until flipped upright.
There are 2 levers and 1 set of handles that control the vehicle.
Movement. This vehicle can move up to 100 feet per turn. This is dependent on the position of the Forward and the Brake lever.
Handles. These control the direction of the wagon by shifting left or right and shifting the wheels in that direction.
Brake. You can pull this lever from Position 1 to the other 4 positions to reduce your movement by a percentage. Position 1 has no reduction. Position 2 has a 25% reduction. Position 3 has a 50% reduction. Position 4 has a 75% reduction. Position 5 has a 100% reduction. If you are moving and you shift the lever from the Position 1 to 5 in an instant, you use half the amount of movement you spent the previous and the current turn to come to a complete stop. If you haven't moved this turn, then half the amount from the previous turn is where you stop.
Forward. You can push this lever forward from Position 0 to the other 4 positions to increase your movement by a percentage. Position 1 has no movement increase. Position 2 has a 25% increase. Position 3 has a 50% increase. Position 4 has a 75% increase. Position 5 has a 100% increase. If you are a complete stall and move the lever to Position 5 you will force the engine to use a burst of magical power to increase the speed to 100%. This will cause a magic burst that will require a d20 roll, DC 10. On a success, the crystals burst the energy in the correct increments to achieve this speed without any catastrophic effect.
Magic Burst. When performing strenuous maneuvers the engine will work double the capacity to achieve this. These maneuvers are Sharp turns, U-Turns, coming to a complete stop, and going full speed from a stall. When one of these maneuvers occur, you must roll a d20 with a DC of 10. On a save, the engine is able to withstand the burst. After every maneuver, the DC is increased by 3.
Engine Stall. When the engine has stalled, either by using too many maneuvers or taking too much damage, the engine comes to a complete halt. If you were in mid movement, you use the remaining movement to stop. Using the brake lever will not make the stop sooner. The entire vehicle shuts down and is unusable.
Load Cannon. One of the crew members has to use their full action to load the cannon. They can then use their bonus action to aim the cannon.
Bomb's Away. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target, 10 foot radius sphere. Hit: 60 (20d6) elemental damage. Each cannon that is fired affects everything within 10 feet of the target. Each creature within 5 feet of the target takes the same damage and is knocked prone.
RAM. When this vehicles moves in a straight line for 50 ft. minimum you can ram any creature in front of the vehicle for the remaining of your movement. Every creature must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw and take 150 (30d10) bludgeoning damage and fall prone and get pushed to the adjacent space. Any creature in the chosen space also takes 20 (4d10) bludgeoning damage but do not fall prone. On a save, the creature moves out of the way into a nearby unoccupied space. If another creature attempts to move into that space, both creatures take 20 (4d10) bludgeoning damage.
Description
The armored mobile cannon is a modified wagon made up of 3 standard wagons. It has been reinforced with adamantine plate armor making this weighs over 5 tons. The large wheels are also made of adamantine making it nearly impossible to have the wheels break during combat. This vehicle can hold a crew of about 8 people but because of the crystal powered engines it can only hold 5 people comfortably.
