Curse of Destruction. Whenever the Avatar of Destruction deals damage to a target, their maximum hit points are reduced by 1/2 of the damage done, rounded down. Hit points lost in this way may not be restored. If this reduction reduces the target to 0 Maximum hit points, it is disintegrated. A disintegrated creature and everything it is wearing and carrying, including any magic items, are absorbed into the Great Destroyer. The creature cannot be restored to life by any means.

Enemy of Creation. The Avatar of Destruction is enraged by any component of the Great Creator. While enraged, the Avatar of Destruction focuses its turn on the component in a way intending to destroy it. If the Avatar of Destruction maintains touch and concentration on any component of creation for 1 full turn, it is destroyed.

Spellcasting Absorption. (spell save DC 15, +5 to hit with spell attacks). The Avatar of Destruction absorbs any spell that affects it, or that it ends concentration of, gaining the ability to cast that spell once in the next 24 hours.

Actions

Melee Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: # (1d8 + 2) Destruction damage.

Bonus Actions

Transform. The Avatar of Destruction may take the form of any creature that the Great Destroyer has devoured. Its power (CR) is based upon the extent of Energy of Destruction that exists within the current plane of influence.

Destruction-Bound. The Avatar of Destruction may not leave the Energy of Destruction.

Sealkeeper. The Avatar of Destruction is bound to protecting the Divine Seal. Any actions made to close the seal will incur the full wrath of the Avatar of Destruction, Granting it Multiattack (two attacks) until the end of combat.

Legendary Resistance. The Avatar of Destruction has 3 Legendary Resistances. It gains 1 additional charge whenever a character fails Wrath of Destruction, no more than once per turn.  Legendary Resistance can be used to avoid a single attack instead of a spell, This can be used after the attack has resolved. Whenever a Legendary Resistance is used, the Avatar of Destruction gains 1 Legendary Action, to a maximum of 3.

Reactions

Quick. The Avatar of Destruction may use its reaction to immediately perform any legendary action. This legendary action is resolved fully before the performing action completes.

Legendary Actions

The Avatar of Destruction has 3 Legendary Actions, which replenish each turn.

Attack (Costs 1 Action). The Avatar of Destruction makes a melee attack.

Spellcasting (Costs 1 Action). The Avatar of Destruction casts 1 spell gained by its spellcasting absorption ability.

Wrath of Destruction (Costs 1 Action). The avatar releases a wave of dark energy. All enemies within the Energy of Destruction must make a DC 16 save (attribute of their choice), taking 1d4 destruction damage + an additional 1d4 destruction damage for each point below the save, to a maximum of 4d4 destruction damage. Players successfully saving take 1d4 destruction damage. Once an attribute has been used to save against this ability, it may not be used again. Once all 6 attributes have been used, any attribute may be used again, with double disadvantage. If any character fails this check, gain 1 Legendary Resistance.

Mythic Actions

Whenever the Avatar of Destruction is reduced to 0 hit points, it goes dormant for 3 rounds, after which, it immediately casts Wrath of Destruction and recovers hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Once the Divine Seal is closed, the Avatar of Destruction loses this Mythic Action.
