Baba Yaga

Innate Spellcasting. Baba Yaga's innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 26, +18 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: detect magic, magic missile, plane shift, ray of enfeeblement, sleep (9th level version)

Magic Resistance. Baba Yaga has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Limited Magic Immunity. Baba Yaga is immune to any spells of 6th level or lower unless she chooses to be affected.

Spellcasting. Baba Yaga is a 23rd level spell-caster (Save DC 26, to-hit +18). She has the following Wizard spells prepared:

Cantrips (At-Will): shocking grasp, fire bolt, light, toll the dead

1st level (At-Will): identify, ray of sickness, chromatic orb, witch bolt

2nd level (At-Will): hold person, locate object, blindness/deafness, suggestion

3rd level (At-Will): bestow curse, counterspell, lightning bolt

4th level (3 slots): phantasmal killer, polymorph, banishment

5th level (2 slots): contact other plane, scrying, animate objects

6th level (2 slots): eyebite, disintegrate, mass suggestion

7th level (2 slots): power word pain, teleport

8th level (2 slots): antimagic field, maddening darkness

9th level (2 slots): meteor swarm, wish, time stop

Claws.(Hag Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (8d8 + 24) magical slashing damage.

Change Shape. Baba Yaga magically polymorphs into any creature, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.

Etherealness. The hag magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. To do so, the hag must have a heartstone in her possession.

Baba Yaga can take 4 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. She regains all spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

At-Will Spell. Baba Yaga casts one of her at-will spells.

Chaotic Wave. Baba Yaga forces one creature within 120 ft. of her to roll on the Potion of Supreme Chaos table.

Arcane Secrets (Costs 2 Actions). Baba Yaga magically whispers arcane secrets into the mind of one creature she can see within 60 ft. The creature must succeed on a DC 26 Intelligence saving throw or suffer from short term madness and take 10d10 psychic damage.
