Keen Smell. You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Beast Hide. When you are not wearing armor, your AC is equal to 13 + your Dexterity modifier.
Cursed Blood. You are vulnerable to physical damage from silvered weapons.
Shapechanger. Once per short rest, you can use your action to polymorph into a Medium bear-humanoid hybrid for 1 hour. Your mental statistics are the same in each form. You take on the physical statistics, speeds and traits associated with your lycanthrope form. You can’t cast or concentrate on spells while transformed, as you must concentrate on controlling the beast within. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed. You revert to your true form if you drop to 0 hit points, fall unconscious, or die. You can return to your true form early using an action.
Bloodlust. If at any point during your transformation you begin your turn with less than half of your maximum hitpoints, you must make a DC 8 Charisma saving throw to determine whether you can control the transformation. On a failed save, you musty move directly toward the nearest creature and use the Attack action against that creature. You can choose whether to use your Feral Instincts, or Extra attack if you have it. Once your attack is resolved, you regain control of yourself. At the end of each turn you are in Bloodlust , the DC increases by 2. This resets if your hitpoints return to at least half your hitpoint maximum.
Spirit of the Bear. When you transform, you gain a number of d6 temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.
Feral Instincts. When you make an attack with your natural weapons, you can make an additional claw attack as a bonus action.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d4 + 5) slashing damage.
