Keen Sight. The Phoenix has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Flyby. The hawk doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of another creature's reach.
Multi-attack. The Ancient Blood Raven makes three attacks: One Beak attack a Teleport then a Talon attack.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 27 (4d8 + 9) [piercing] damage.
Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 23 (4d6 + 9) [slashing] damage, and the target is grappled (DC 19 Strength). Until the grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Blood Raven can't use its talons on another target.
Teleport (Recharge 2-3). The hawk magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 50 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.
Evaporate. The blood raven explodes spewing its blood form all over the room dealing 3d6 piercing damage halved on a successful DEX save as all creatures within a 60ft radius are damaged. DC 13.
Reincorporate. After evaporating the Blood Raven must use its next turns action to Reincorporate. As it pulls the blood back to its form all creatures in a 60 ft radius make a DEX save DC 13 or take 2d6 piercing damage, halved on success, and are knocked prone.
