Multi Attack. Wandering Lightning makes 2 attacks choosing from Lightning Blast, Shock Wave, or Concentrated energy attacks.
Lightning Blast: 1 10x50ft line or 2 5x40ft lines of lightning: DC 22 DEX save; on a failed save, a creature takes 4d8 lightning damage and loses half of their movement speed until the end of their next turn. (movement loss does not stack for multiple failures) on a successful save, the damage is halved and movement is not lost.
Shock Wave: 50ft radius cylinder emanating from Walking Lightning. DC 19 CON save; on a failed save a creature takes 2d6 lightning and 1d6 thunder. A successful save results in half damage being taken.
Concentrated Electricity: 20ft range; one target +14 to hit 9d10+8 lightning. DC 19 CON save, on a failed save, a creatures speed is reduced to 0ft and they cannot take reactions until end of their next turn. On a success, nothing is lost.
