Wrap In Tendrils. The Avatar of Ittehgaps may choose to halve its attack damage on a successful hit to reduce its target's movement speed to 0ft until the start of its next turn.
Magical Attacks. The Avatar of Ittehgaps' attacks count as magical and divine for the purpose of overcoming resistances.
Immutable & Indominable. The Avatar of Ittehgaps is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form, mind, or will.
Swarm. The Avatar of Ittehgaps can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa. It gains advantage on attacks against any creature that shares its space.
No Escape (Mythic). Targets always provoke opportunity attacks, even if they take the Disengage action before leaving the Avatar of Ittehgaps' reach. In addition, when the Avatar of Ittehgaps hits with an opportunity attack, the target becomes grappled.
Writhing & Boundless (Mythic). The Avatar of Ittehgaps may take up to 4 opportunity attacks with its Writhing Noodles attack per round, none of which consume its reaction.
Writhing Multiattack. The Avatar of Ittehgaps makes 3 attacks with its Writhing Noodles attack.
Writhing Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 70 (8d12 + 18) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled, escape DC 21. The target may use its action on its turn to attempt to break the grapple.

An Extension of Its Form (Mythic). The Avatar of Ittehgaps may subject a grappled enemy to a single source of damage (including all the effects associated and damage types) when it is successful struck by an un-grappled enemy, as long as the grappled enemy is within its space.
Sickening Banishment (Mythic). If the Avatar of Ittehgaps is subject to a spell or effect that would transport it to a different plane of existence, it may use its reaction to instead subject the origin of the spell/effect to the transportation.
The Avatar of Ittehgaps can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used simultaneously and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Avatar of Ittehgaps regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Writhing Attack (Costs 1 Actions). The Avatar of Ittehgaps makes one Writhing Attack against a target in range.
Fatal Attraction (Costs 3 Actions). The Avatar of Ittehgaps creates a tendril between two enemies of its choice within 120 feet of itself. Both of these targets must succeed a DC 18 CHARISMA saving throw. Any target that fails must spend the next minute attempting to devour the other target via unarmed strikes with its bites, but may re-attempt the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. For the duration of the charm, an affected target's unarmed attacks made as a bite deal 6d8 necrotic damage and have advantage if the target is wounded. An affected target may not choose another target until the charm is broken on it.
If the Avatar of Ittehgaps successfully grapples (# of players - 1) enemies simultaneously, it becomes Mythic.
The Avatar locks its tendrils around you, pulling everyone within its grasp closer as it shudders and begins to shed its carapace. Revealed beneath writhes a mass of thin appendages with no true form, uncontained by the exoskeleton that now lay discarded by its feet.
When the Avatar of Ittehgaps becomes Mythic:
- it deals 6d8+10 force damage to each grappled player
- it gains a pool of temporary hit points equal to twice the total damage dealt
- it unlocks its Mythic Form actions
- it gains 1 additional Legendary Action Point (for a total of 4)
- the following Mythic Actions replaces its Legendary Action options
Writhing Agony (Costs 1 Actions). The Avatar of Ittehgaps makes two Writhing Attacks against up to two targets in range. Upon successful hits, those targets are pulled into the Avatar of Ittehgaps' space and subjected to its Mythic force damage from above (6d8+10).
Noodle of Fate (Costs 3 Actions). The Avatar of Ittehgaps creates a tendril between two enemies of its choice within 120 feet of itself. Both of these targets must succeed a DC 18 CHARISMA saving throw. Any target that fails must spend the next ten minutes attempting to devour the other target via unarmed strikes with its bites, but may re-attempt the saving throw at the end of each of its turns (the DC increases by 1 for each turn passed). For the duration of the charm, an affected target's unarmed attacks made as a bite deal 6d12 necrotic damage and have advantage if the target is wounded. The target takes a point of exhaustion on a successful hit. An affected target may not choose another target until the charm is broken on it.
Description
A knight-like figure stands before you, although its armour shifts slightly as it stands still. Occasionally, a thin, pale tendril will poke out between the cracks and squirm in anticipation of what your flesh must taste like.
