Immutable Form. The golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Magic Resistance. The golem has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Magic Weapons. The golem's weapon attacks are magical.
Made Of Many Pieces. The golem can use its action to take the broken form and cover the ground around it in a 10 ft circle with ball bearings or return back to its complete form by having the scattered ball bearings remotely roll back towards them. The golem is not affected by any of the area effects caused by ball bearings. While in broken form the golem's size becomes tiny and its slam attack is reduced to 6 (1d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage. A ball bearing will be unable to remotely return to the golem if it is not within 20 ft or is blocked from rolling back to its body.
Multiattack. The golem makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Description
A golem built with spare parts, and an overabundance of ball bearings. It generally takes a vaguely humanoid form and is able to break itself apart, covering the surrounding area with its broken and easily slipped on body. It's designed to act as a bodyguard and do only as it's told by the creature it was assigned to, but sometimes it seems as if it might be gaining a mind of its own.
