Aura of Hate. While War isn’t incapacitated, they and all fiends and undead within 30 feet of them deal 4 extra damage whenever they hit with a melee weapon attack (already factored into War's attacks). This extra damage is of the same type as the weapon’s damage type.

Flame Kings Aura. As a bonus action, War can speak the command word, Ignite, and End bringer will erupt in fames.  While this is active, an aura of flame that has a radius of 20ft is cast.  All creatures that end their turn within this aura will take 2d6 fire damage.  Also, on hit with this weapons, the target will take an addition 4d6 fire damage.

Innate Spellcasting. War's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 spell attack). They can cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

3/day each: animate dead, branding smite (at 4th level), inflict wounds (at 3rd level)

1/day each: geas, raise dead

End bringer Spellcasting.  End bringer has 10 charges that can be used to cast the following spells as an action through it.  End bringer has a DC 15 spell save, and a +9 spell attack.

Scorching ray (2 charges), Fireball (3 charges), Wall of Flame (4 charges), Firestorm (7 charges)

Special Equipment. War wields End Bringer and wears a suit of +2 Mithril Full Plate armor.

Actions

Multiattack. War makes three weapon attacks.

End Bringer (Longsword). Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (1d8 + 10) slashing damage, or 17 (1d10 + 10) slashing damage when used with two hands, plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage. If the target is a creature and War rolls a 20 on the attack roll, the creature takes an extra 9 (2d8) necrotic damage, and War regains an amount of hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt.

Javelin. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage, plus 4 piercing damage and 9 (2d8) necrotic damage if the javelin was used to make a melee attack.

Description

War, Warren Blud, was once a paladin within the high order of the crown.  They would have given their life for the lawful cause.  However, they were framed for a crime they never committed, placed in chains when the guilty went free.  The crown knew the truth but let it happen anyways.  All because of popularity and image.  This betrayal by the one most important thing in their life ate at their soul.  The swore fore revenge of this wrongful sentence.  Thus becoming an oathbreaker, they swore to bring the crown and their court to their knees.

The physical appearance of this warrior is of self masochism and harm.  They slash themselves, and stitch bloody rags and cloth to their person.  Their face is horribly mangled and scarred.  The body, though built is also heavily scarred.  They worship only the war they bring.  With the weapon End Bringer at their side they burn everything, that defy them, to ash.

Together with the other Horsemen will bring an end to corruption by way of a flaming cleanse.
