Description

Thunder drakes are a special classification of draconic creatures. Believed to be descended from some of the first chromatic blue guard drakes, thunder drakes are quick adapters that have diverged into a few different species, all of which have something unique.

Lesser thunder drakes are the smallest known species of thunder drake. They can grow to be around 20-30 ft long and 6-10 feet tall. Due to their small size, lesser thunder drakes hunt in small packs. Once young lesser thunder drakes grow old enough to hunt with the rest of the pack, groups of up to 5 individuals go out to slay and capture the carcass of a large and somewhat dangerous animal. If the young succeeds, they are allowed to join the pack. If they fail, they are banished from entering the pack's lair as long as they don't slay and capture the carcass of a large and somewhat dangerous animal and bring it back to the nest.
