On initiative count 20, the Weald Hag takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Weald Hag can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Grasping Roots: Creatures on Ground(60 ft); DC 15 Str Save or grappled and restrained; escape DC 15 Str Save on end of turn
- Intoxicating Magic: One creature (120 ft) hag can see DC 15 Wis Save or sleep end of next turn. Damage or Action from another creature to wake.
- Power from Suffering: Wounded Creatures within 60 feet DC 15 Con Save ; 2D8 necrotic ( 1/2 on Save). Hag also gets +2D8 necrotic on next claw attack.
