Boiling Blood. When the agonoth takes damage of any type but psychic, each creature within 5 feet of the monster takes 9 (2d8) fire damage.
Fire Absorption. Whenever the agonoth is subjected to fire damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the damage dealt.
Intense Presence. Scorching heat radiates from the agonoth in an aura with a 10-foot radius. A creature that starts its turn in that area takes 5 (2d4) fire damage.
Overheat. When the monster dies, it explodes. Each creature within 10 ft of it must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried in that area are ignited.
Poor Depth Perception. The agonoth has disadvantage on any attack roll against a target more than 30 feet away.
Multiattack. The agonoth makes two claw attacks, and one bite attack.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) fire damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with sigil burn. The cursed target can't regain hit points, and its hit point maximum decreases by 10 (3d6) for every 24 hours that elapsed. If the curse reduces the target's hit point maximum to 0, the target dies, and its body bursts into flames. The curse lasts until removed by the remove curse spell or similar magic.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) fire damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be afflicted by the curse described in the bite action.
Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Flame Belch (Recharge 5-6). The agonoth spews fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 31 (7d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried in that area are ignited.
