Actions

Apple Seed Bullet Spray. Ranged Weapon Attack. The Prince bites into an apple and explosively spits a spray of apple seeds. Each creature in a 45-foot cone must make a DC20 DEX save or take (4d8+3) force damage. On a Natural 1, the target is blinded until the end of its next turn.

Unseelie Queen's Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack. +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16(3d8+ 4) piercing damage plus 9(2d8+1) psychic damage.

Obedient Scythe. Melee Weapon Attack. Roll to hit with advantage. +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12(2d8+ 4) slashing damage.

Shortbow.  Ranged Weapon Attack. +6 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 8(2d6+ 2) piercing damage.

Terrible Slingshot. Ranged Weapon Attack. +1 to hit, range 15/60 ft., one target. Hit: 1(1d4-1) force damage.

Bonus Actions

Change Forms. The Prince uses a Bonus Action to take the form of any of the following creatures. This form lasts until dissipated or the form's HP is brought to 0.

  • Great Potoo. Fey Beast. 

 Awaken Tree. The Prince uses a Bonus Action to awaken Puck's Apple Tree. DM has the tree's stats. The tree attacks creatures that are hostile to the Prince. The tree becomes dormant if its HP is brought to 0, the Prince's HP is brought to 0, or the Prince dispels the effect.

 

Legendary Actions

The Prince can take 3 Legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Prince regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Swoop-by. The Prince flies past a target, making a melee attack on his way, and does not trigger an opportunity attack.

Sleepy Scent. The Prince blows a powerful aroma of apple blossoms which wafts out to a range of 30ft radius centering on himself. This scent lasts until the end of the Prince's next turn.
Any creature in the area at the time of casting or at the end of their turn must make a DC20 WIS save or fall unconscious. It wakes up if it takes any damage or if another creature uses its action to shake the sleeper awake.

Cast Spell (Costs 2 Actions). Puck casts one spell.

Find Weapon. (Costs 3 Actions.) The Prince focuses his powers on summoning a weapon. Roll 1d20 to determine what is found.

  • 20+: The Unseelie Queen's Rapier.
  • 11-19: Willful Scythe.
  • 2-10: Shortbow.
  • 1: Terrible Slingshot.

Description

This being is the half-breed son of the Unseelie Queen of the Archfey. He currently uses the borrowed alias "Puck."
