Abberate. This ability allows the monster to turn another creature into an abberation after the creature fails a DC 15 constitution saving throw.
Attack. allows the creature to hit an enemy
Longsword. melee weapon attack: +2 to hit, range 5ft, one target. Hit: 12 (1d12+2) slashing damage.
Poison spit. Ranged weapon attack: +2 to hit, range 40ft, one target. Hit: 8 (1d8+2) poison damage. The target must make a 15 DC constitution saving throw, on a success nothing happens but on a failure the target is poisoned. and takes 1d6+4 poison damage each turn
Attack of opportunity. this allows the creature to make a melee attack against any creature that leaves its melee range.
Description
A roughly humanoid creature that has pale white skin that is peeling and rotting in places and pure black eyes it always carries a lonsword with it in case its minions arent competent enough.

Posted May 23, 2023Just letting you know, I made this 3-4 years ago, when I knew very little about D&D, I honestly would not recommend using this creature, but if you do want an answer:
-Move, 30ft - Darkvision, 60ft - Absolutely no idea about the abberate ability, but it'd probably be it's own action, maybe with a reset (rolls d6 at start of turn 5 or 6 resets ability) and can not apply to PCs (for obbvious reasons)
That's just how I'd put it, I'm probably not going to update this though, if there is a way to remove homebrew you've created, I'd like to
