Fey Ancestry. Angaste has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put her to sleep.
Innate Spellcasting. Angaste’s spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 11). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: dancing lights
1/day each: darkness, faerie fire
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, Angaste has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Angaste can cast prepared wizard spells using INT as her spellcasting modifier (Spell DC 15, Spell Attack +7) and wizard spells in hee spellbook as rituals if they have the ritual tag. She can use an arcane focus as a spellcasting focus.
Cantrips: Mage hand, Mold earth, prestidigitation, shape water
First level spells (four spell slots): Catapult, faerie fire, fog cloud
Second level spells (Three spell slots): Catapult, fog cloud, Darkness, Earthbind, Enlarge/reduce
Third level spells (Three spell slots): Bestow curse, Catapult, fog cloud, Dispel magic, Haste, Remove curse, Tongues
Fourth level spells (Two spell slots): Bestow curse, Catapult, Dimension door, Dispel magic, fog cloud, Stone shape
Once per day when Angaste finishes a short rest, she can choose expended spell slots to recover - up to a combined level of 4, and none of the slots can be 6th level or higher.
The gold and time Angaste must spend to copy a transmutation spell into her spellbook is halved.
Angaste can temporarily alter the physical properties of one nonmagical object, changing it from one substance into another. She performs a special alchemical procedure on an object, and for each 10 minutes she spends performing it, she can transform up to 1 cubic foot of material. After 1 hour, or until she loses her concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell), the material reverts to its original substance.
Angaste can spend 8 hours creating a transmuter’s stone. She or another creature gains a benefit of her choice when she creates it as long as the stone is in the creature’s possession:
Darkvision out to a range of 60 feet, an increase to speed of 10 feet while the creature is unencumbered, proficiency in CON saving throws, resistance to acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage, or each time you cast a transmutation spell of 1st level or higher, she can change the effect of her stone if the stone is on her person.
If she creates a new transmuter’s stone, the previous one ceases to function.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Hand Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way. The target wakes up if it takes damage or if another creature takes an action to shake it awake.
Description
A female Drow with red eyes and white hair, Angaste was a wizard living in Myfaluna city who was forced to flee when Elrondshmidzt took over the city with undead. She was enslaved in the city of Sloopdislup, a city on the other side of the fort in between a massive wall of stalagmites separating Myfaluna from the city. Sloopdislup was Drow at the time, but Kuo-Toa overran it in the name of Giks the beholder. Angaste was then traded to a merchant couple in Gorgy City, where she currently remains. The couple are Kuo-Toa who force her to perform magic for the public, who pay them for her services.
