Shapechanger. The werebear can use its action to polymorph into a Large bear-humanoid hybrid or into a Large bear, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size and AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Hold Breath. The werecrocodile can hold its breath for 15 minutes.
Ravenous Maw. After a successful grapple, the werecroc may make a Bite attack as a bonus action. If the attack hits, the werecroc recovers 3 hp.
Multiattack. In croc form, the werecroc makes two slam attacks. In humanoid form, it makes two weapon attacks. In hybrid form, it can attack like a croc or a humanoid.
Bite (Croc or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage. After a successful attack, the werecroc latches on and continues to do 1d10 + 5 damage each round until the target succeeds on a DC 16 Strength (athletics) check. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werecroc lycanthropy.
Slam (Croc or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage plus additional 1D4 for every 5´ it moves this round before it attacks (up to 2D4). If the target is medium or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be pushed back 10'.
Rock (Croc or Hybrid Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
