Indomitable (2/Day). The aarakocra can reattempt a saving throw it fails.
Leadership. The aarakocra can utter a special command or warning whenever a member of its clan that it can see within 300 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a 1d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the aarakocra. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the aarakocra is incapacitated.
Lightning Lancer. If the aarakocra is flying and makes a ranged weapon attack with its javelin, its effective range is doubled for that attack. If this attack is a critical hit, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
Storm Flight. The aarakocra does not suffer negative effects from strong wind and, while flying in such weather, can add its proficiency bonus to Dexterity saving throws and to its AC.
Multiattack. The aarakocra makes three attacks.
Lightning Javelin, +1. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 100/300 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) lightning damage. The aarakocra conjures each javelin as part of the attack made with it. Any thrown javelins disappear at the end of its turn.
Lightning Sabre, +1. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) slashing damage and 4 (1d8) lightning damage. If used with both hands, the slashing damage is 11 (1d10 + 6) instead. On a critical hit with this weapon, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 9 (2d8) lightning damage and be stunned until the start of its next turn, taking half as much damage on a successful save.
Aerial Dash. While it is flying, the aarakocra can dash using a bonus action.
Expert Flier. While flying, if the aarakocra is knocked prone it can use a reaction to stop falling and continue flying.
