Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the snake can't constrict another target.

Legendary Actions

Poison of the Horned Serpent. The Horned Serpent's poison is so effective, it can affect even the Nagamani, the source of life within the World Tree. It coils into itself and secretes a vile substance from its enormous body, coating 20 feet around it with a shallow pool of poison. Within this area, it will heal +6 if it ends its turn within the poisonous pool. Any creature within this area must succeed a CON saving throw (15). Failure to do so will Poison the creature and cause them to take +3 damage at the end of each turn. The creature can reattempt the CON saving throw at the end of their turn.

Wrath of the Snake. The Horned Serpent lets out a loud roar and flares its hood.

Sinew of the Abyss. The corruption of a Constellation causes its blessings to turn into curses. The Horned Serpent fixes its gaze upon one creature it can see and marks it as its prey. The prey rolls with disadvantage if it makes a hostile action against the Horned Serpent until the end of the encounter.

Description

The corruption of the Abyss has blackened the iridescent scales of this Constellation and turned him into a monster of untold destruction. What was once the benevolent protector of the Forever Forest now heralds its destruction. Such is feared from this Sinew of the Abyss, Biouna the Horned Serpent.

Legends speak of the potency of its poison, so much so that it could break through the World Tree's bark as if it were paper. It now seeks the same as the Void General that commands it: The death of the World Tree, and the fall of the Hanging City.

Lair and Lair Actions

Blessing of the Nagamani. The Nagamani begins to glow and lets out a gentle pulse that travels through the vines it rests upon and spreads throughout the tree. Each creature within 120 feet of its radius heals 10 points of damage at the end of every other round.
