Demonic Deluge (Recharges After Short or Long Rest). If Uzud would be reduced to 0 hit points, his current hit point total would instead reset to 250. He gains a new form of a size medium humanoid figure with two arms, black skin, and orange-red eyes, his multiattack becomes "Uzud makes two Sepulcher attacks" Additionally, Uzud can now use the options in the "Mythic Actions" section for 1 hour. Award the party an additional 13,000 XP (26,000 XP total) for defeating Uzud after his Demonic Deluge activates.
Legendary Resistance (3/day). If the lich fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Spellcasting. Uzud is a 5-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 22, +14 to hit with spell attacks). Uzud has the following Paladin spells prepared:
1st level (4 slots): hellish rebuke, inflict wounds, thunderous smite, wrathful smite.
2nd level (2 slots): crown of madness, phantasmal force, ray of enfeeblement.
Divine Smite. As a bonus action, Uzud may imbue his next melee weapon attack with radiant energy. If he expends a spell slot, Uzud may deal an extra 2d8 damage. 3d8 if he uses a 2nd level spell slot.
Multiattack. Uzud makes three Sepulcher attacks.
Sepulcher. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 creature. Hit: 13 (1d10 + 7) slashing damage damage plus 6 (1d10) fire damage.
Can take 3 Legendary Actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Spent legendary Actions are regained at the start of each turn.
Sepulcher. Uzud makes an attack with Sepulcher.
Brimstone Flare (Costs 2 Actions). Uzud summons a ring of flame around his chest and his halo flares up, until the next round, as a bonus action, Uzud shoots a ball of dark red flame at a target and must make a ranged spell attack, dealing 4d8 damage on a hit.
If Uzud's Demonic Deluge trait has activated in the last hour, he can use the options below as legendary actions.
Brilliant Detonation (Costs 2 Actions). If Uzud has activated the Brimstone Flare legendary action within the last round he may use this mythic action. Uzud concentrates the flame on his chest into a small ball and then releases it, creating a fireball with a 60ft radius, all creatures within this radius must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw taking 23d6 fire damage on a failed to save, or half that much on a successful one.
Brilliant Focus (Costs 3 Actions). Uzud may only use this action if he has 50 hit points of under. For the next five rounds, the only action Uzud can take is the dodge action as he concentrates on conjuring one final attack. Once this is up, his body resonates with demonic energy as he summons two flaming swords that can separately attack. Roll initiative for both. The swords are +2 long swords that deal an extra 5d6 fire damage and have a flying speed of 35ft. Uzud additionally gains 20 temporary hit points.
