Description
Any good Barbary Corsair crew has several deckmasters who work directly under the Quartermaster. These instrumental crew are required to boost morale, manage larger groups of the crew in a fight, and help the slavers take down targets with minimal fuss. Damaged goods don't sell well at market. But these men and women are extra important when the crew's courage flounders in the face of an enemy. Without their ability to rally, the crews would not be as fearsome as their reputation portends.
