Dragongauge Abilities: Arctos's pact offers some abilities that can be used by consuming some of the dragongauge progress
Draconic Flight: Requires 10% of the dragongauge to use as a reaction. For this turn you gain a flying speed equal to double your movement speed.
Fire Breath: Requires 25% of the dragongauge to use as an action. You exhalee fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56 (8d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Shapeshift: Requires 100% of the dragongauge at the start of your turn (no action). During this turn you shapeshift into Dione, able to use her movement and actions until the end of your turn, of which you revert to your normal self.
Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.
Fire Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon exhales fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56 (16d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Burning Hurricane: The Dragon uses its fire breath in tune with the beat of its wings to entrap a single target in a Hurricane of fire. Choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. That target must make a DC 19 Dexterity Saving throw or take 22d6 fire damage on a failed save and have their movement reduced to 0 until the end of your next turn, or take half as much damage and suffer no movement penalty on a successful one.
Description
The odor of sulfur and pumice surrounds a red dragon, whose swept-back horns and spinal frill define its silhouette. Its beaked snout vents smoke at all times, and its eyes dance with flame when it is angry.
