Description

The Barbary Corsairs Quartermaster is the manager and keeper of the ship directly under the captain.  It is presumed that anything he or she says is law aboard the ship.  In battle, they are the toughest and most fearsome opponents to face short of the legendary captains themselves.  Of course, if an Admiral is present, run.  Still, the Quartermaster can direct the actions of the ship as if they were the captain and often do when the captain is asleep or otherwise busy.
