Boon of Immortality. Wanda is immune to any effect that would age her, and she can’t die from old age.
Eclipsed Doom. Wanda can be killed only if she is reduced to 0 hit points during a solar eclipse or while she is within 60 feet of a symbolic representation of one. Otherwise, Wanda disappears in a cloud of inky smoke when she drops to 0 hit points, along with anything she was wearing or carrying, and reappears 24 hours later in the same location or the nearest unoccupied space.
Uncanny Awareness. Wanda can’t be surprised.
Equipment.
A stuffed doll with a cord. If the cord is pulled, the doll starts whispering secrets to the possessor when nobody is around. The doll can be used as a scrying sensor. Animals refuse to get within 30ft of the doll.
A small plaque with the words: “boss” written on it in common. Placing this plaque on a door of any workplace makes them think you’re the boss. Even if you’re not. The plaque loses its power if you fire anyone.
A flask of air that can be drunk underwater. Drinking the air gives you 10 minutes of water breathing. The air must be re-filled before it runs out, or the flask becomes normal.
Mold of Zuggamatoy. Removes oozes and the marks of the far realm. Upon eating it, the mushrooms can be re-harvested for further use.
Multiattack. Wanda makes two Puppeteer's Lash attacks
Puppeteer's Lash. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 60 ft., one creature. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 6) psychic damage, and if the target is Large or smaller, Wanda telekinetically moves it up to 10 feet in any direction horizontally.
Weight of Sins. Wanda's weight changes to be that of 8,000 pounds of weight and can't be moved except with a 30 DC strength check which she can be moved up to 10ft if succeeded. Her AC is increases to 22 and her speed is reduced to 0. She is unable to cast spells that require somatic or material components. She can get out of this state using an action.
Spellcasting. Wanda casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 20):

1/day: Plane Shift (self only)
