Description

In the olden days, an old tabaxi named Willisior Slotei was considered blessed by the forest gods. He was very wise and peaceful and always give help when needed. Unlike most tabaxi, he was a vegetarian. Many heroes were sought him out in his rainforest citadel asking for his advice. And as an extremely helpful person, the always give it as long as their motivation was pure. Slotei was so nice and chillaxed that upon his much mourned death, he was blessed to remain forever as the first Ancient Sloth. He later became the god of sloths. After him, if a mortal impressed the rainforest gods with their wisdom and pacifism, they were blessed to join him as one of these majestic creatures. These sloths are the size of the largest giants and live on the oldest and mightiest of trees. They have many ferns and flowers growing on their green tinged fur. A truly amazing beast to behold, these sloths are protected by an armada of giant insects. Throughout this creatures fur, lesser sloths chew happily on the epiphytes growing on the creature. The strength of this creature is also legendary, with its huge claws equipped with extra poison strength due to the rare herbs growing on them. But these sloths rarely use these weapons unless one of it’s protectors or brethren are in danger, for, with their, prodigious strength, they gain prodigious wisdom alongside. Ancient sloths keep their mortal minds and personalities, though they are usually enhanced. These sloths are very rare, as they do not mate, and it takes a lot to be blessed by the jungle gods. In fact, their is usually only one per 100 acres of forest. Luckily, they are immortal to most weapons and types of magic and, with the creatures tough hide and powerful protectors, it takes a lot to kill them.
