As an action, you present your holy symbol, and one celestial, elemental, fey, or fiend that can see and hear you and is within 30 ft. must make a WIS saving throw (DC 13). If it fails, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. A turned creature must spend its turns moving away from you, can't take reactions, and can only Dash or Dodge if it can't move. Creatures of CR 1/2 or lower that fail can instead be banished.

Channel Divinity: Turn Undead

As an action, you present your holy symbol and speak a prayer censuring the undead. Each undead that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must make a WIS saving throw (DC 13). If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from you as it can, and it can’t willingly move to a space within 30 feet of you. It also can’t take reactions. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there’s nowhere to move, the creature can use the Dodge action.

Spellcasting. The Wandbreaker is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). The Wandbreaker has following Cleric spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Booming Blade, Light, Message, Resistance, Spare the Dying, Thaumaturgy


1st level (4 slots): Command, Cure Wounds , Detect Magic, Magic Missile

2nd level (3 slots):  Arcanist's Magic Aura, Hold Person, Magic Weapon, Prayer of Healing, Silence

3rd level (2 slots): Clairvoyance, Dispel Magic, Magic Circle, Tongues
