Void Wells. The void wraith has three void wells that it creates within 5ft. around it and it cannot be more than 200ft. away from it, and it can be detonated to deal 35 (6d10)force damage in a 30 foot radius either pulling or pushing targets up to 15ft. (wraith's choice) on a failed save or take half as much on a success (DC 17). And whenever a void well is destroyed another appears within 5ft. of the void wraith.
Evasion. If the wraith is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.
Blurred Movement. Attack rolls against the wraith have disadvantage unless the wraith is incapacitated.
Multiattack. The void wraith makes three void strike attacks.
Void Strike. Melee Spell Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 5)force damage.
Transmute. The void wraith teleports one of it's orbs 30ft. in unoccupied space of it's choice.
Shadow Warp. The wraith switches places with one of it's orbs and can detonate it.
Shadow Warp. Opon being attacked the void wraith switches place with one of it's void wells and can detonate it.
The void wraith can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The void wraith regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Transmute. The void wraith teleports one of it's orbs 30ft. in unoccupied space of it's choice.
Attack. The void wraith makes one attack.
