Beerboleth

Amphibious. The beerboleth can breathe underwater and on the surface.

Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the beerboleth can't use its tentacles on another target.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft. one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Drunken (3/Day). The beerboleth targets one creature it can see within 30 ft. of it. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or become intoxicated, as if it had just drunk like way too much beer. An intoxicated creature has disadvantage on Wisdom ability checks and saving throws. This effect lasts for 1d4 rounds, or until the beerboleth dies. The beerboleth can also forcibly end the effect for a creature as long as less than 10 minutes has passed.

The beerboleth can take 1 legendary action, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The beerboleth regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Tail Swipe. The beerboleth makes a Tail attack.

Drunken. The beerboleth uses its Drunken ability.

Acid Vomit (2/Day). The beerboleth contemplates it's life decisions in drinking so much beer, and hurls. The beerboleth vomits acid in a 15-­foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 11 Dexterity saving throw, taking  9 (2d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
