Cadaverous Appearance. While the zombie horse is lying still, it is indistinguishable from a mundane decomposing corpse. It can still be detected by a detect evil and good spell, or similar magic.
Charge. If the zombie horse moves at least 10 feet straight toward a target, and then hits it with an attack with its hooves on the same turn, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw, or be forced prone.
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie horse to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie horse drops to 1 hit point instead.
Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
Description
Undead Equines. Zombie horses appear to be the horse equivalent of zombies. Like zombies, zombie horses are greenish blue-skinned and their eyes are completely black or glowing white. Sometimes tamed and saddled zombie horses can be used as one of the fastest means of transportation for Warlock Patrons of the Dying or The Undead including Wizards who are Necromancers.
Reanimated Horses. Some dead horses can be reanimated as galloping corpses by a lich because of it they are mostly neutral or chaotic evil alignment. But to change their alignment will have to take it to trust with speak with animals or just mainly speak with the dead. You don't want everyone to go near that horse because one day they get bitten and become zombies as well.
