Perfect Angle To gain an advantage on other players or creatures within the area, Obscura can shoot barbed coils from the back of her spine and pull herself up into a higher vantage point. Whether that be another wall or a ceiling, Obscura can walk on it with ease as if its the normal ground.
Hold it Obscura can unleash up to four coils of thick barbed wire from her spine, they can reach in a range up to 10 feet and often she uses them to shoot towards an enemy and hold it in place. Wanting to get the perfect angle to take a picture of the enemy and discover what it is. When stabbed by these coils, the creature takes 2d10 + 7 piercing damage.
Perfect Placement Obscura can use one of her three legs to hold an enemy down as long as it is Medium size or less. This grapples the creature and Obscura both though she can also bash the creature with three rapid successions of her other two legs. Each leg has to make a separate roll with advantage and does 2d12 + 6 bludgeoning damage per leg.
Eye of the Beholder Obscura can from a distance, flash her light from the camera atop her head. It has a cone radius and reaches 15 feet. Those affected by it have to make a Con saving throw (DC18) and upon a failed saving throw, they are blinded until their next turn and Obscura has opportunity and advantage attacks on them.
Snap Shot When someone is within range of Obscura, and they miss an attack on her, she has the ability to try and snap a picture of them. By doing this she learns about their immunities, vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and resistances as well as their proficiency. Roll a d20 to see if she accidentally performs her legendary action, "Capture the Moment."
Capture the Moment When someone is within 5 feet of Obscura, she has the ability to take a picture of the creature/being. Though upon doing this she creates a 10ft by 10ft cube of frozen time. Visibly looking at it from the outside, anything within that range is frozen, a blue tint overcoming them. Upon stepping in the cube, the person within it can still move, though the one who was captured at the moment plays that moment for the next two minutes. There is no sound within the cube and it can be stopped with dispel magic.
Description
The main body consists of a female corpse arched backward on its back sitting on top of a stitched-together pelvis with three legs, while its head is composed of an old, perhaps overly long, large format camera with a weaponized flash bulb that it can wield against its victims. Developing three legs for a tripod, Obscura models after its creator due to its ability to stop time and often taking pictures of its victims.
