Fey Ancestry. The abomination drider has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put the abomination drider to sleep.
Spider Climb. The abomination drider can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the abomination drider has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Web Walker. The abomination drider ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.
Multiattack. The abomination drider makes two attacks, either with its spikelimb or its spineshot. It can replace one of those attacks with a bite attack.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage.
Spikelimb. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage.
Spineshot. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/100 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage.
Description
Born of dark magic and punishment from when the betrayer God Lolth sought to wreak Her havok before the divine gate was created. These abominations were once worshipers of Lolth who attempted to flee her dominion after they came to know her horror. Bound in life and undeath, they "live" only to exist in Her pain and only to kill those who do not serve Lolth, until their souls are released through their eternal death.
