Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Arcane Step. The mage phases into a magical mist and teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that it can see.
Villain Actions: to be taken at initiative count 20.
Round 1 - Give me some space. The mage casts wall of force.
Round 2 - Give me a hand. The mage casts dominate person.
Round 3 - Give me your strength. The mage casts enervation
