Traits

False Appearance. While the void fungus remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary fungus.  This fungus is white in color with a reddish tint towards its extremities.  It can grown in tiny cracks and remain concealed until an unfortunate victim has been exposed.

Reactions

Negative Corrosion. While viod fungus may be almost harmless to living creatures, it can be most devistating to undead.  This fungus thrives on the negative energies that undead produce.  Exposure to void fungus will cause undead 1 hit point of damage per hour and this damage will be deducted permanently from their maximum hit points.

Once exposed to void fungus, the undead must cut away the exposed part of their bodies or burn it off.  If not the fungus will spread to their whole body within 3 to 4 days and the undead will ultimatly be doomed.

Description

Toxisity. While viod fungus may be almost harmless to living creatures, it can make death saving throws more complicated.  If a living creature is downed by an undead covered with viod fungus, the death saving throws to recover will be at a -3 penalty.  The toxisity of the fungus will make it more difficult to survive such a situatioin.
