Traits

Damage Threshold. Any damage that targets the caravan will only inflict damage that exceeds 5 points of damage, and those points that cause damage needs to be counted past the fifth point of damage.

Gnome Cunning. The gnome has advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The weasel has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Cart's Critical Damage. When an enemy lands a critical hit onto the caravan, instead of the traditional double damage the controller of the Caravan will instead roll a D6 and apply the corresponding effects from the list:

Roll a [roll]1d6[/roll]:

  1. Inflict critical damage.
  2. Inflict critical damage.
  3. Inflict critical damage.
  4. Take out a Deep Gnome.
  5. Take out a Deep Gnome.
  6. Take out a Draft Animal.

"Take out a Deep Gnome", is when one of the five Deep Gnomes is killed in the attack. As a consequence of that effect, decrease one of the attacks in the from the "Multiattack". If all Deep Gnomes are killed then the Wagon no longer has attacked, additionally, the wagon acts as if it had the "frightened" condition to all foes.

"Take out a Draft Animal", is when one of the two Giant Weasels is killed in the attack. As a consequence of that effect, decrease the walking speed by half. If all Giant Weasels are killed then the caravan's speed is reduced to 0 ft.

Actions

Multiattack. The wagon has as many attacks as there are Deep Gnomes alive in it. Although, each attack has to be either the melee attack or the ranged attack, not both.

War Pick. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.

Light Crossbow. RangedWeapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + 2) piercing damage.

Crossbow Reloading. The wagon can only shoot their Crossbows as many times as there are living Deep Gnomes in it. When that number is reached, the wagon can no longer use the Crossbow Attack until a reloading action is used.

Bonus Actions

Light Crossbow. RangedWeapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Reactions

Light Crossbow. RangedWeapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Description

This small Svirfneblin caravan holds containers of salt that are intended to be used in a trade at the Duergar city of Gracklstugh, where the outcome will assist in the Battle for Blingdenstone against the Pudding KIng. Composed of a crew of five armed Deep Gnomes, one driver and 4 handlers/security, they drive and protect the wagon while it is pulled by two giant weasels.
