Shapechanger. The imp can use its action to polymorph into a beast form that resembles a rat (speed 20 ft.), a raven (20 ft., fly 60 ft.), or a spider (20 ft., climb 20 ft.), or back into its true form. Its statistics are the same in each form, except for the speed changes noted. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Actions

Sting (Bite in Beast Form). Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage.

Invisibility. The imp magically turns invisible until it attacks or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the imp wears or carries is invisible with it.

Description

Balor is a female imp, little over five hundred years old she was once a tiefling succubus and retains her memories of her past life. Heard by Bahamut, she was given mercy but as an imp and familiar to a partner of her choosing. She is an agent of good and after a few hundred years of service to Bahamut, she became koi, shy, or embarrassed at the mention of her past. She doesn't like being referred to as just a familiar and sees herself as a partner. She is often initially hostile to  Warlocks due to the treatment of familiars as lesser beings.

She is attractive and wears a little black dress, albeit she does look more imp than anything with reddish-grey skin, with fangs and talons. She is opinionated, emotional, caring, jealous, loves to adventure. She enjoys being free and is an extremely devoted familiar/companion if treated well her intuition and her sixth senses are razor-sharp. She can sense what her master is feeling and often shares the emotion.

She is also can communicate with her Patron freely with or without the master's permission but chooses to inform a master she shares a bond with. If she is dissatisfied with her master he loyalties will be unwavering to the Patron because sitting in the celestial plane doing nothing is better than being ill-treated.

The last decade she was unwillingly bound to the warlock Durza by a dark spell.Right after the defeat of Durza she silently followed the party who killed him. She observed an wizard who looked just like her.

In the study she saw the wizard picking up an scroll, quickly she bound herself to that scroll and imbued te scroll with the find familiar spell.

In combat, Balor will usually go invisible as an opening move as she is accustomed to supporting roles. She'll almost solely rely on her master in combat but will prioritize her own life if no orders are given, although it doesn't hurt--Balor hates being inconvenienced and doesn't like the ritual to be summoned. She will have obvious reactions when summonsed similar to retching or being sick. So she prefers not doing it if she can help it.
