Immutable Form. The Bone Golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Built To Protect. Unless ordered by its creator to do otherwise, if the Bone Golem moves more than 40 feet from its creator, it feels compelled to return to within 25 feet of its creator and will do all it can to return, even if it will take attacks of opportunity but will avoid any terrain that will cause its death such as a chasm or large pit.
Unholy Animation. The Bone golem counts as undead for effects such as a paladin's divine smite and the effects of the hallow spell. However, it is immune to effects that turn or control undead.
Fuelled By Necromancy. If the Bone Golem receives necrotic damage, 100% of total Hit Point damage is converted into Hit Point restoration. If the Bone Golem receives radiant damage, it takes an additional 2d6 radiant damage.
Regeneration. The Bone Golem regenerates 15 hit points at the start of it's turn unless it is stunned, paralyzed, incapacitated, unable act, or it has taken any radiant damage before it's turn. If any of the aforementioned conditions are met than the Bone Golem can not regenerate until the start of it's next turn. The Bone Golem can not regenerate if reduced to 0 hit points.
Siege Monster. The Bone Golem deals double damage to objects and structures with it's Strike attack.
Concussive/Stun Weakness. If the Bone Golem takes 30 damage or more from one attack, or takes 60 damage or more in a round it is stunned until the end of it's turn. This effect cannot be stacked, but it can be triggered before and after the Bone Golem's turn. Charm effects designed to stun such as the Stone Rune from the Rune Knight subclass affect the Bone Golem.
Bereft Of Purpose. If the Bone Golem's creator perishes or dismisses it, the Bone Golem immediately perishes without using its Self-Destruct.
Multiattack. The Bone Golem can either make 2 Strike attacks or a Strike and Bone Lance attack.
Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Bone Lance. Ranged Weapon Attack: Bone Golem loses 5 HP whenever it used this attack. +8 piercing damage.
Bone Recall (Recharge 5-6). All creatures within 60ft that have a skeleton must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be pulled 5ft closer to the golem. Additionally, the golem recalls any bone lances and can take the bones of up to three corpses that have a skeleton and are within 10ft. The golem regains 5 hit points per recalled lance and 10 hit points per corpse skeleton absorbed.
Self-Destruct. When the Bone Golem reaches 6 hit points or fewer the Bone Golem can either choose to regenerate, or choose/be commanded to perish, causing all creatures within 15ft to make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take (2d10 + 5) piercing damage. If the Bone Golem's creator perishes before the Bone Golem is able to use its Self-Destruct trait, Bereft Of Purpose immediately overrides the Self-Destruct trait. If the Bone Golem is reduced to 0 hit points it is unable to Self-Destruct.
Dash. The Bone Golem may Dash as a bonus action if it is doing so in order to return to it's creator and is under its creators orders to do so.
Bone Collection. If the Bone Golem is within 5ft of a skeletal undead it may restore 2d8 Hit Points per undead by consuming it. If the skeletal undead has been damaged by radiant damage in the current encounter, the Bone Golem instead restores 1d4 Hit Points per undead. The skeletal undead are destroyed and have their bones added to the Bone Golem's mass in either case. This ability can only be used if the skeletal target is either willing, or incapable of resisting.
Bone Shield. When its creator is within 30ft. is attacked, the Bone Golem creates a floating shield made from bone that intercepts the attack which increases the AC of its creator by +4. The effect lasts for 10 minutes or until its creator receives 1 or more damage. The Bone Golem may not use this reaction to accumulate AC bonuses as the effect does not stack. The Bone Golem loses 4d4 Hit Points each time it uses Bone Shield.
Description
A Bone Golem is a hulky mass of bones composed entirely from various animals and humanoids, held together using the necrotic energies supplied by its creator. From the moment the golem gains some form of awareness, the creator and creation are linked. The Bone Golem is instinctually aware of the location of it's creator and that its continued survival depends entirely on whether its creator lives or not.

Posted Jul 17, 2022Since I am horrible at making CR, please treat the CR of 10 with a grain of salt, it was supposed to be 12, and even then I wasn't sure if that was correct.
