Description
The aurumvorax is covered in a coarse golden fur beneath which is a incredibly densely muscled body. Each of it's eight column-like legs ends in four claws made from copper and within it's great maw are many copper teeth, despite all of this one of it's most striking features are it's silvery-white eyes. While they are barely larger than a badger they weigh well over five-hundred pounds and are one of the most dangerous creatures on the prime-material plane. Many an uneducated adventure has underestimated these ferocious beast and all who have ended up in its stomach yet attempting to hunt them may be worth it as its fur and hide can make amazingly powerful armour and when the rest of it's body is burned away, which can take weeks, it will leave over two-hundred pounds of gold behind.
