Explosive: Upon a hit, everything within 5 ft of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier) or suffer 1d8 fire damage.
Deploy: The vehicle needs to deploy to be able to fire.
Coordinates: You can call down an artillery strike when someone in your party is relaying that information to an artillery unit. But requires a skill check if you fail the artillery will miss in a 20ft radius like a circle. Intelligence Check or Wisdom Check. You use an action on this. The extra attack feature for classes doesn't work on vehicles. But this does require that you are in radio range.
Artillery Strike: You can call it down on a place that doesn't require an attack roll but you can't decide where it fires in that 20-ft radius.
Specific Target: If you target a creature or an object you have to roll for the attack roll.

Description
Realizing they needed a way to deliver damage without fear of retaliation, Nod developed a new long-range artillery platform. Because of the recoil involved, the unit is unable to fire while undeployed and cannot move while deployed.
The advanced artillery unit deploys stabilizers and becomes stationary before firing, to accommodate the massive recoil. In return, it has an awesome range, and its shells are effective at reducing fortifications and advancing enemy forces to dust, as the cannon is surprisingly very accurate even against moving targets.
