White Flames. Any fire-related spells that Allia casts automatically have white flames. These spells include fire bolt, control flames, etc.
See Without Eyes. Allia can see without using their eyes and is immune to becoming blind.
Spellcasting. Allia is a 7th-level spellcaster. Their spellcasting ability is charisma (spell save DC 15, +3 to hit with spell attacks). Allia has following sorcerer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, control flames, create bonfire
1st level (4 slots): burning hands, magic missile, chromatic orb, chaos bolt
2nd level (3 slots): Aganazzar’s scorcher, scorching ray, levitate
3rd level (3 slots): Ashardalon’s stride, fireball, flame arrows, Melf’s minute meteors
4th level (2 slots): wall of fire, polymorph, dimension door
5th level (2 slots): immolation, dominate person
6th level (1 slot): investiture of flame
Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (1d12 + 3) slashing damage.
Throttle. Melee Weapon Attack: reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 30 (2d20 + 2) bludgeoning damage (creature must then make a DC 14 dexterity saving throw or die from choking).
Description
Allia Whitefire is a demon from an unknown plane of existence who always seems very aloof and cold, and they look down upon humans in a hateful way but often doesn’t kill other creatures. They have extreme anger issues and if ticked off in any sort of way will attempt to throttle the one who angered them. Allia also keeps a dagger at their side.
Appearence.
Allia has a slender build and purely white smooth skin, along with white raggedy hair that covers their eyes and the upper half of their round black glasses. Allia also has a thin black tail with an arrowhead shape at the end of it. They have two black demon horns, but one is cracked and sticks through what seems to be a white beret with three small round black earrings attached to it. Allia wears black round earrings. They also have a scarf and a black and white flannel jacket. They have two small black wings they can use to fly for a short duration at a time on their back too.
Cold Disposition.
Allia is cold hearted and passive aggressive to any intelligent creature, completely ignoring unintelligent creatures as a whole. They generally avoid contact with anyone and prefer to be alone, although they once did have a human child they adopted. It is possible they became so cold and mean after the child went missing.
