Hose. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) cold damage. On a hit, the target is doused in icy water and all lit objects on their person are extinguished.
Description
Seemingly timid and slow, the Arctic Hoser is often passed off by new adventurers as the icy equivalent of a cow. However, the Arctic Hoser is far more diabolical - striking at night, the Arctic Hoser uses is trunk to squirt water at camping adventurers. They like to target fires, sleeping bags and clothes especially. These items, once doused in icy cold water, often become useless.
