Keen Sight. The eagle has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Blended. While remaining motionless, the Arctic Eagle is indistinguishable from a snow-covered rock or boulder.
Snowy Advantage. While in an enviornment that is snowing or has snow around, the Arctic Eagle has Advantage on all attacks.
Control Weather. The Arctic Eagle can use its entire action to cast: control weather requiring no components. The spell lasts for 10 minutes and has a 100 foot diameter. The spell will always turn the environment into a snowy blizzard obscuring unaided vision and limiting the visibility to 5 feet. The weather officially changes at the start of the Eagle's next turn or after 12 seconds.
The Arctic Eagle makes 3 attacks. Two with its Talons and one with its beak.
Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (6d4 + 12) slashing damage.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (6d4 + 9) bludgeoning damage.
If an attack misses the Eagle's AC by 5 or more, the Arctic Eagle can use its only reaction to force the attacking player to succeed in a STR saving throw or be pushed 10 feet in any direction by a wing, beak, or other appendage of the bird.
Description
A massive, white, or grayish-white eagle with an immense, hooked black beak. The eagle has massive, bowling-ball sized black eyes that appear soulless and uncaring. With keen observation, the Eagle uses its large eyes to scan the snow storms around the peaks of the mountains from which it lives for intruders. Climbers are considered trespassers, and are only mildly tolerated, but anything that gets too close to the nests it builds into the ice-covered mountain-sides are flung to their deaths without mercy. Some go so far as to call the Eagles the guardians of the summit, for they alone decide who passes to the peak and who does not.
The Arctic Eagle is known by some proficient animal handlers, druids, and nature-lovers for its rare pointer feathers on the tip of each eagle's wing. The legends say it can grant the feather fall effect to those who possess it. Sadly, if used even just once, the feather turns to a pile of grainy snow before melting away.
Lair and Lair Actions
If the Arctic Eagle is near its nest (within 100 feet), the Eagle gains 3 additional attacks plus Advantage on all Saving throws.
