Jack of All Trades. Agent Peacock can add half their proficiency bonus, rounded down ( +2 ), to any ability check they make that doesn’t already include it.
Enthralling Performance. Once per short rest, Agent Peacock can choose 5 creatures that watched and listened to them perform for 1 minute. Each target makes a WIS saving throw (DC 17) and is charmed if it fails for 1 hour, or until it takes any damage, Agent Peacock attacks it, or it sees Agent Peacock attack or damage its allies.
Fey Ancestry. Agent Peacock has advantage to save against being charmed and magic cannot put Agent Peacock to sleep.
Actor. Agent Peacock has advantage on Deception and Performance checks when trying to pass themself off as a different person, and can mimic the speech of another person or the sounds made by other creatures that they have heard (for at least 1 minute).
Spellcasting. Agent Peacock is a 10th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Agent Peacock has following bard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): friends, message, prestidigitation, vicious mockery
1st level (4 slots): color spray, command, sleep
2nd level (3 slots): calm emotions, detect thoughts, mirror image
3rd level (3 slots): mass healing word, sending, tongues
4th level (3 slots): confusion, dimension door
5th level (2 slots): dominate person, geas, mass cure wounds, modify memory
Countercharm. As an action, you can perform until the end of your next turn. During that time, you and any friendly creatures within 30 ft. that can hear you gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage.
Bardic Inspiration (5/Short Rest). As a bonus action, a creature (other than Agent Peacock) within 60 ft. that can hear them gains an inspiration die (1d10). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome. If a creature has a Bardic Inspiration die from Agent Peacock and casts a spell that restores hit points or deals damage, the creature can roll that die and choose a target affected by the spell. Add the number rolled as a bonus to the hit points regained or the damage dealt. The Bardic Inspiration die is then lost.
Mantle of Inspiration. As a bonus action, spend one use of Bardic Inspiration to grant 11 temporary HP to up to 5 creatures Agent Peacock can see and that can see Agent Peacock within 60 ft. Each creature can immediately use its reaction to move up to its speed, without provoking opportunity attacks.
Mantle of Majesty (1/Long Rest). Once per long rest as a bonus action, Agent Peacock can cast command, without expending a spell slot. For 1 minute or until Agent Peacock's concentration ends, Agent Peacock can cast command as a bonus action on each of their turns, without expending a spell slot. Creatures charmed by Agent Peacock automatically fail saving throws against the command you cast with this feature.
Fey Step. Once per short rest as a bonus action, Agent Peacock can magically teleport up to 30 ft. to an unoccupied space they can see. Immediately after they use their Fey Step, up to two creatures of their choice that Agent Peacock can see within 10 feet of them must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 17) or be charmed by Agent Peacock for 1 minute, or until Agent Peacock or their companions deal any damage to it.
Description
The Sanitas Sanctorium was founded to uphold the peace and mental health of the realm, building asylums across the realm and having agents in majority of the world's ruling organizations. But sometimes the world's problems need a more skillful, expert approach. Enter the Court of Order.
An elite group made up of the absolute experts in their field, the Court of Order answers only to the head of the Sanitas Sanctorium. No one knows who is on the Court of Order, as their identities are hidden behind masks and monikers. If an agent ever dies, they are immediately replaced with no one the wiser.
Agent Peacock is one of these members, being an expert in public relations, speeches, and spinning any story to the Sanctorium's advantage. Quick with a quip with words as sharp as their sword, Agent Peacock can often be found on negotiation missions, diplomatic meetings, or rewriting the world news before it hits the printing press.
