Traits

Two Face. During daylight hours this puppet takes on the characteristics of Sekhmet, while at night it becomes Bastet.

Bastet. Wearable. The AC of this puppet becomes the wearers. This Puppet is dual enchanted with two cantrips; which must be refreshed every 5th level and may be upgraded or changed. The Puppet contains a 1d4 amount of charges of these cantrips. The charges are replenished by half after a short rest, rounding down, and fully after a long rest. The charges go up by 2 every 5th level for a maximum of 12 charges.

Cantrip (At Will): Sanctuary, Shield

Last Ditch Effort. When this puppet reaches half health or less and is out of charges, use its body to block incoming damage equal to its remaining health. This effect will destroy it's body regardless of any remaining health and must be repaired over a 24 hr period.

Actions

Bastet.

Envelope. The Puppet envelopes the user like a set of armour, the AC of this puppet now becomes the wearers. Damage is halved on the wearer when inside the armour. Movement is also halved while in the armour.

Sanctuary. You ward a creature within range against attack. Until the spell ends, any creature who targets the warded creature with an attack or a harmful spell must first make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must choose a new target or lose the attack or spell. This spell doesn't protect the warded creature from area effects, such as the explosion of a fireball.

If the warded creature makes an attack, casts a spell that affects an enemy, or deals damage to another creature, this spell ends.

Shield. An invisible barrier of magical force appears and protects you. Until the start of your next turn, you have a +5 bonus to AC, including against the triggering attack, and you take no damage from magic missile. Reaction.

Last Ditch Effort. When this puppet reaches half health or less and is out of charges, use its body to block incoming damage equal to its remaining health. This effect will destroy it's body regardless of any remaining health and must be repaired over a 24 hr period.

Sekhmet.

Multi-attack. This puppet will make a dual attack with either its claw or bite attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Desert Breath. You open your jaw and spew out a powerful wind in a 15 ft. cone, containing 1d4 tons of sand. The wind is sweltering like the desert and causes 1d12 of flame damage. The area within the cone becomes difficult terrain and any enemy within the cone must succeed on a CON saving throw of 15 or be blinded until it succeeds.

This spell's damage increases by 1d12 when you reach 5th level (2d12), 11th level (3d12), and 17th level (4d12).

Description

This beautifully constructed puppet looks almost lifelike. If not for the visible seams in the woodwork it would look like a living being. This particular puppet was constructed to look like the Egyptian goddess of slaughter, Sekhmet. It is dressed in royal Egyptian garb, with the body of a human and the head of a green lioness. The lioness head has long black thin braids that fall to its shoulders. A gold braided collar wraps around her head from behind her jaw and up behind her ears. As soon as the sun sets the puppet head disappears and pops back out as the head of a black cat. This form is the Egyptian goddess, defender of the king, Bastet. The cat head has traditional Egyptian makeup around the eyes and two decorative knots on either side of its head. Both puppets use an Ankh as a casting focus.
